In this section you will find information regarding Dr. Gorgun's numerous discoveries.
Research Overview
Dr. Gorgun’s key discovery of “Method of Gorgun” and his unmatched competence in electromagnetic resonance enabled him to extend his research beyond GEMM and the Medical field.
Further information is provided on his selected research projects including:
Remote Sensing and Identification of Matter

Please note that some of the below mentioned technologies are available for licensing.
Dr. Gorgun also conducts contracted research for third parties.

Collaboration with Galileo Avionica
It is noteworthy to mention about Dr. Gorgun’s collaboration as a top-level independent scientific advisor with the Galileo Avionica of the Finmeccanica Group, one of Europe's leading defense electronics and space technology company.
Dr. Gorgun did extensive research at Galileo Avionica’s high technology research laboratories in Torino and demonstrated some of his key discoveries.
In 2004 Galileo Avionica asked Dr. Gorgun to relocate to Italy. However as they were not able to convince him later the company’s Deputy General Manager Gianpiero Lorandi and Lead Engineer Massimo Balma came to Turkey to meet with Dr. Gorgun and proposed to establish a research laboratory for him in Istanbul.

Remote Sensing and Identification
One of the most significant achievements of Dr. Gorgun is a technology he named GEFR “Gorgun Electromagnetic Fermion Resonance” for the Remote Sensing of Condensed Matter. Because it can remotely identify material, GEFR is totally different and superior to other remote sensing systems.
GEFR utilizes specially modulated very high frequency (in the GHz range) yet very lower power electromagnetic waves to scan the atomic model of any given material. The scanned information is than kept the GEFR’s memory. GEFR afterwards can remotely search the same material at any defined territory. This high-end technology can be used to detect mines, explosives, drugs or any desired material from a distance. GEFR is an unmatched, breakthrough discovery in the remote sensing field.
Following the successful demonstration in Istanbul in 2005, Dr. Gorgun and his assistants demonstrated the same technology at the Galileo Avionica premises in Italy in 2006. GEFR with 100% accuracy was able to distinguish any given organic or inorganic material from a distance.
Due to the successful demostration of the technology, a Turkish flag has been raised to honour Dr. Gorgun in the military base in Torino where Galileo Avionica is located. The Letter issued to Dr Gorgun by the Deputy General Manager of Galileo Avionica, Mr. Gianpiero Lorandi confirms the efficacy of GEFR.

Aircraft Radar Invisibility Project
Apart from GEFR Dr. Gorgun also successfully demonstrated an electromagnetic invisibility project at Galileo Avionica. The specially modulated electromagnetic waves emitted from the device attached to the target (such as an airplane) creates a spherical shield around it which significantly prevents the reflection of the radar signals therefore enabling its invisibility to radars.
This is a much advanced technology compared the stealth planes used by the US Air forces where special geometry, materails and coatings were used. It can be applied to any aircraft without modifying its geometry and could be activated when needed. Tests held at Galileo Avionica also confirmed that the system is perfectly working.
The below graphic taken at Galileo Avionica Laboratories during the experiment shows the outcomes before and after the application used to neutralize the radar emission. The measured signal reduced from 101.80 dB µV to 81.6 dB µV when the technique is applied causing a 20.2 dB loss. In simpler terms this 20.2 dB loss corresponds to a 100 fold reduction in the detected signal that will prevent the radar to identify the object.

Safe Nuclear Energy from Ordinary Material
Another groundbreaking discovery of Dr. Gorgun is the OMSAR “Ordinary Material Stimulated Atomic Reaction”.
Normally nuclear reactions can take place from unstable atoms such as uranium as it is believed that it is almost impossible to break the extremely high energy nucleus of the stable atoms.
However by using his unique resonance approach Dr. Gorgun was able to resonate an ordinary material by sending special electromagnetic waves to a so called “material amplifier”.
In the experiments done and recorded at the Galileo Avionica’s Laboratory, the outcome was an immense 7 GigaWatt energy burst lasting for 2 nanoseconds.
The picture on the right shows the material amplifier made from ordinary material used in the experiment. The thick glass covering it which was broken into two due to the immense energy burst. The remaining dust left behind after the experiment was non-radioactive.
The technology is totally different from cold fusion where palladium is used and it is based on the principle of resonating the atoms till they break apart releasing the huge energy keeping the neutrons and protons together.
Although more work need to be done to control this huge energy release lasting a very short period of time, nevertheless in future it can be a solution for producing safe nuclear energy from non-radioactive material.
This could be the ultimate solution as an environmentally friendly, low-cost energy production without destroying earth's natural resources.

Protection from Dangerous Radiation of Cellular Phones
There are numerous studies pointing to the dangerous effects of the electromagnetic radiation emission from Cell Phones, Base Stations or other antennas.
Dr. Gorgun made a research for the Italian Television Group RAI as they were are seeking a way to protect the health of their employees making live broadcast and had to work near an antenna. The breakthrough solution was submitted to the team headed by engineer Bruno Sacco of the RAI’s Centre for Research and Technological Innovation the RAI CRIT.
By applying a very low cost apparatus to the antenna, Dr. Gorgun eliminates the dangerous emission around the antenna but paradoxically beyond a safe distance the electromagnetic signals continues to propagate at the desired level.
Another very interesting outcome is that the waves propagated from the protected antenna are spherical but not plenary i.e. 3-D instead of 2-D compared to the typical nude antenna.
The following statement is from the preliminary report which is provided below.
“As a conclusion the principle operating mechanism of the prototype is interesting and very innovative. Naturally this system needs to be redesigned according to the structure and type of the antenna utilizing it. This system looks like an ideal solution for every type of cellular phones. At the same time this system looks like an ideal solution that can be applied to other electromagnetic problems”.

Expanding Hard Disk Capacity
Dr. Gorgun also collaborated with Mr. Alberto Mori of the Videocomputer Inc. in Torino. Per their request he worked on expanding the memory capacity of the hard disk where he provided a very innovative solution.
Dr. Gorgun managed to create tiny layers of disk space that are a few microns thick on top of each other on the hard disk where data can be stored so he finally managed to expand the capacity of the hard disk enormously.
Below is the screen shot of the computer where its original hard disk capacity of 512 MB was expanded to more than 17 GB after 2 weeks. The capacity was expanded to 121 GB by the end of 4 weeks and to an enormous 512 x 1018 GB (512 Million Yotabyte) by the end of 6 weeks, enough to contain any possible amount of information that could be generated all throughout the world.
